COMPANY OVERVIEW
The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties and it has a skilled management team with an established track record in this area. The long-term growth strategy is to generate substantial capital growth by developing kimberlite-hosted diamond deposits and hard rock metal deposits.
The Company’s principal projects in Canada are in Quebec and northern Ontario (U2). Its overseas projects are located in South Africa, Morocco and Mali.
The Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on Friday, November 20, 2026 at 1:00pm PST at The Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre (2170 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC).
