The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties and it has a skilled management team with an established track record in this area. The long-term growth strategy is to generate substantial capital growth by developing kimberlite-hosted diamond deposits and hard rock metal deposits.
The Company’s principal projects in Canada are in Quebec and northern Ontario (U2). Its overseas projects are located in South Africa, Morocco and Mali.
The Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 1:00pm PST at The Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre (2170 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC). The notice of meeting and information circular, as well as a copy of the proxy form and financial statement request form have been filed on Sedar+, which can be found here. With the heightened health risks associated with the advent of new versions of COVID-19, and other respiratory illnesses currently circulating amongst the Canadian public, you should not attend the Meeting in person if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. As such, the Company is encouraging shareholders to submit their votes by proxy in advance of the meeting (deadline for this is November 20, 2023 at 1:00pm PST) and to attend the meeting via Zoom (Meeting ID #895 9178 8422) in lieu of physical attendance at the Ramada. Shareholders attending via Zoom will not be allowed to vote at the meeting, but may still vote their shares by proxy online.
