The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties and it has a skilled management team with an established track record in this area. The long-term growth strategy is to generate substantial capital growth by developing kimberlite-hosted diamond deposits and hard rock metal deposits.
The Company’s principal projects in Canada are in Quebec and northern Ontario (U2). Its overseas projects are located in South Africa, Morocco and Mali.
The Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 9:30am PST at The Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre (2170 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC). In light of the ongoing public health concerns related to COVID-19, and in order to comply with measures imposed by the federal and provincial governments, the Company is encouraging shareholders to submit their votes by proxy in advance of the meeting (deadline for this is November 23, 2021 at 9:30am PST) and to attend the meeting via Zoom (Meeting ID #836 4685 3616) in lieu of physical attendance at the Ramada. Shareholders attending via Zoom will not be allowed to vote at the meeting, but may still vote their shares by proxy online.
